    • Shipping
      ANPDF ships all products worldwide. Local made orders will leave within approximately 2 to 3 business days. Any products that are made to order can take up to 4 weeks, see product info for more details. During busy sale periods and over Australian public holidays, you may experience minor delay in receiving your order(s). Some items in your order may need to be sent separately. However, this will not change the charges for postage and handling which appear at checkout. All domestic and international orders are shipped either via Sendle or Australia Post.
    • Delivery and Handling Fees
      Domestic Australia Delivery To keep your shipping costs down, we offer three options with $0 handling fees; 1. Free local pick up in northern suburbs of Victoria. Address advised at check-out. 2. Local delivery flat rate of $7.50, with free delivery for any orders over $100. 3. A flat rate of $15.00 to rest of Australia, with free delivery for any orders over $150. Deliveries to New Zealand We offer a flat rate of $15, with free delivery for any orders over $150. Rest of World Deliveries Shipping fees are advised at the checkout pending delivery option, location and weight of total order.

    • Can I pay for a ticket the evening of the event? Or upgrade to VIP the evening of the event?
      No, all tickets are pre-sold to ensure dietary and special requirements are met. Ticket registration closes at 5.00pm on Friday, 3rd February 2023.
    • Can I purchase a table without knowing the names of my guests?
      Yes, however we ask that all names and dietary/special requirements be submitted by the close of registration (3-Feb-2023). Email attendee information to
    • Will I receive my tickets in the mail?
      No, we do not issue hard-copy tickets. Your tickets will be emailed to the address nominated on the registration form. You may either show the pdf ticket on your phone or a printed copy at check-in on the night. For those arriving at 5:30pm for the VIP Reception, please ensure you bring the correct ticket for early-entry. If you have lost your ticket, please email
    • If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else at the last minute?
      Yes, changes may be made until close of registration (3-Feb-2023). You can invite someone other than your original guest. You will need to tell our registration team the name of the person who is unable to attend, and provide them with the name of your new guest as well as their special requirements. For any ticket changes until 3-Feb-2023, email
    • How many seats are at each table?
      There are maximum of Ten (10) seats per table.
    • Where should I park?
      Flemington’s central location offers all kinds of safe and smooth transport options, to and from the racecourse, and with frequent arrivals and departures. See the venue's transport options here:
    • What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
      Most ladies wear either a cocktail dress or evening gown and men wear a suit or a tux. Check out our events gallery to view our previous Gala events.
    • What payment options will be available on the night?
      Our event will be completely cashless. All purchases, bids and donations can placed via our dedicated event app on GalaBid which utilises the Stripe payment platform. We will accept VISA, Mastercard and/or American Express.
