By registering for the ANPDF Annual General Meeting 2026/27 (held via Zoom on Sunday, 15th November 2026), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The session will be recorded by the Australian NPC Disease Foundation (ANPDF) for the purposes of accurate minute-taking, governance review, and accessibility for members unable to attend live.
The recording may include audio, video, and any content shared via screen or chat during the meeting.
The recording will not be made public and will be securely stored, accessible only to authorised ANPDF representatives.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you may participate with your camera and microphone turned off and interact via the chat function instead.
Attendance at the meeting constitutes your consent to be recorded.
